Hi, I’m Whitney — surgeon, entrepreneur, mom, and builder.

After over a decade of building, scaling, and leading multi-location practices, I now help dentists do the same — with clarity, confidence, and community.

I’ve always believed dentistry can be a career filled with purpose, ownership, and joy — not burnout.

I built Whole Dental Wellness and Lakeshore Dental Specialists from the ground up. I’ve launched and scaled practices, led teams, built culture, survived the messy middle, and learned firsthand what it takes to grow something that lasts.

But I’m also a mom to three boys, a wife, a friend, a teammate, a human. I’ve navigated seasons of exhaustion, doubt, and rebuilding. I’ve learned how to grow without losing myself. I don’t pretend to have it all figured out — but I have figured out a path that works, and I love helping others find theirs.

My work now is simple: help dentists create careers and businesses they love, with clarity, confidence, and community.
